  • Moreover, Iron Cart's costume causes Isaac to resemble Ash.
    • When playing as Apollyon, the costume causes the player to look like a Carcinoma Mask.
    • When playing as Blue Baby, the costume causes the player to look like Ash's Friend.
    • When playing as Keeper, the costume causes the player to look like Scalper Magoo.
